- Support with social activities

To decrease the stresses of social isolation we will accompany seniors to out door activities with prior notice.

- Seniors will be provided with 20 minutes phone check-ins when needed.

- Bi-monthly workshops are offered and provide information on some of the following topics:

•  Social Support

•  Educational workshops on issues concerning seniors

• Information on community resources and services.
